Christopher J. Hiza, resides in Connecticut and started investing in real estate in 1995. As an internationally qualified Boeing 767 pilot for United Airlines with over 15,000 flight hours worldwide, he is known as a consummate professional. |

Thomas 'Skip' Kelley has resided in Bedford, NH since 1982 with his wife of 24 years Kathy. They currently have three children enrolled in colleges throughout the New England area. After graduating from the business school at UNH in 79 Thomas embarked on a very successful sales career with the Fortune 50 company International Paper. In the late 90s Thomas spread his wings purchasing and managing an insurance restoration franchise (Paul Davis Restoration) in central NH. Within three years the business grew from the ground floor to a very busy and profitable enterprise with more than 20 employees and revenues in excess of $2 million. During this period Thomas began his real estate investment career, initially only as a sideline but which has evolved into his full-time vocation. Thomas' investments and holdings are currently comprised of residential and commercial properties in New Hampshire, Florida, Alabama and Brazil. |

Koka Devers has been investing in the Phoenix, Arizona market since 2000 and has recently expanded her real estate interests to include multi-family properties. She has been instrumental in locating, interviewing, and implementing property management for CPI Group. Koka has applied her managerial skills to her investment career much as she does as an Airline Captain. She has been employed by Southwest Airlines since 1995 and incorporates the Southwest Spirit to her everyday life. Koka currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona where she enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Rudy. |

Gail E. McCarthy has enjoyed a diverse corporate and entrepreneurial career, ranging from marketing for engineering and software firms in the San Francisco Bay Area to implementing software in Fortune 500 companies to investing in an expanding portfolio of real estate. After graduating from Plymouth State University in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, Gail spent 12 years in San Francisco. While there, Gail earned an MBA in International Business from San Francisco State University, which included study and travel in Europe. Since moving back to NH in 2000, she has created a successful real estate company, investing in residential and commercial properties in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Alabama. Gail is responsible for handling the financial and legal matters for CPI Group. She lives in Southern New Hampshire with her husband, a civil engineer, and her two young children. |

Trish D. O’Connell divides her time between Cape Cod, Massachusetts and Port Charlotte, Florida. Trish has two grown children and has a passion for business and travel. With an understanding of the economic environment, demographics, and demand; she has negotiated the purchases and sales of homes where there is an upside market. At present she owns multifamily properties in Alabama and real estate in Massachusetts. Trish has over twenty years of sales and marketing background in the airline industry. In her previous position as Director of Sales and Marketing for a forty million dollar regional airline her responsibilities included total oversight of all their regions in New England, Florida, and the Caribbean. Trish is currently applying her business knowledge and experience in pursuit of acquiring and improving multifamily properties with her associates at the CPI Group. |
